Our work
Drill Surgeries is the creator of ZAORY, an artificial intelligence surgical guidance system to navigate surgeons during trauma operations. Initial tests show the potential to reduce operating time by 75% and radiation by 60% while eliminating risks for patients and medical personnel during the surgery.
We start our journey focusing on Intramedullary Nailing Surgeries affecting 8 million+ patients a year worldwide. While this type of operation (focused to assist the weld of the broken tibia, humerus or femur) has remained unchanged for years; our market research, advisers, colleagues and founders have identified serious flaws in the process, which leads to delays and a constant excess of X-rays in what should be a straightforward operation.

We develop an innovative guiding system using Artificial Intelligence that facilitates how surgeons achieve distal enclosure/locking during the surgery, reducing time, X-ray impact and risks on patients and medical staff.

Making use of the latest technologies, our system implements Artificial Intelligence, tracking algorithms, Augmented Reality, computer vision, etc. to guide surgeons during Intramedullary Nailing Surgeries flawlessly, in less time and with less radiation.
